Radon is a radioactive gas that has been found in homes all over the United States.  It comes from the natural breakdown of uranium in the soil, rock and water.  It eventually gets into the air we breath.  Radon typically moves up through the ground into the air in our home via small cracks and holes in our foundation.  Your home can trap Radon inside and cause a health risk. 

The wood destroying insect inspection identifies past and/or present insect infestation, along with associated wood damage.  This is identified with a visual inspection of readily accessible areas of the structure.  Wood destroying insects include termites, carpenter ants, carpenter bees and powder post beetles.

A well functionality test is a test that is conducted to determine whether there is an adequate flow of water from a private well.  Generally there should be a minimum flow of 3 gallons per minute over a two hour time period.

Water quality testing is recommended for any home with a well or where lead water supply lines may be present.
